Leadership
CaribHealth Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors who set strategy, approve budgets, and oversee program performance.

Associate Professor of Radiology at Baylor College of Medicine and a Staff Radiologist at Texas Children's Hospital, specializing in fetal imaging, congenital heart disease, and cardiac MRI techniques. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, completed her residency at Harvard Medical School / Brigham & Women's Hospital, and fellowships at Boston Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine.

Adjunct Associate Professor of Family Medicine at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. He earned his medical degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus in Jamaica, completed his residency in Family Medicine at Kings County Hospital in New York, and a geriatric fellowship at East Carolina University. Board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics, he practices as a hospitalist physician. A veteran of many medical missions to the Caribbean — spanning grassroots outreach to institutional collaboration — he founded and serves as Medical Director of the Internal Medicine Learning Collaborative, an online lecture series created for Caribbean physicians during the COVID-19 pandemic to sustain Continuing Medical Education when in-person gatherings were disrupted. He continually analyzes the impact of the Foundation's outreach with a focus on being more efficient, cost-effective, and a contributor to capacity building in the local healthcare sector.
Serves on the board with responsibility for governance and financial stewardship, helping ensure the Foundation operates in accordance with its 501(c)(3) obligations.
Supports the Foundation's governance and community engagement initiatives.
How We Govern
The board elects a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer to lead day-to-day governance.
Directors convene at least three times per year, with a quorum of two required to act.
An Executive Committee and advisory committees support specific programs and initiatives.
The Treasurer maintains financial records and reports regularly to the board for review.
Board Membership
As we grow, we welcome qualified candidates with backgrounds in medicine, public health, finance, law, or community development. Inquiries are reviewed by the board.
