Our programs
Four interlocking programs — defined in our charter — turn contributions into direct care, durable infrastructure, and a stronger local health workforce across the Caribbean.
Medical Missions
Direct, hands-on care at partner sites.
Volunteer clinical teams travel to partner sites across the Caribbean to deliver screenings, consultations, and procedures — with founding strength in digestive health and endoscopy. Every mission pairs visiting specialists with local providers so that knowledge stays in the community after the team departs.
Equipment Donation
The tools that make care possible.
We source, refurbish, and ship endoscopic and diagnostic equipment, medications, and supplies to clinics operating with limited infrastructure. On-site installation and orientation ensure that donated equipment is used safely and stays in service.
Training & Education
Building lasting local capacity.
Workshops and continuing education equip local clinicians and community health workers to recognize, triage, and refer digestive and other conditions earlier. Training is delivered alongside missions and as standalone sessions, with curricula adapted to each partner site.
Training Grants
Investing in the next generation.
Grants support the education and training of medical professionals who serve — or are preparing to serve — communities across the Caribbean. By funding the people who stay, we extend the impact of every mission far beyond a single visit.
